CTC: ₹7 – ₹12 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and skilled Drive Experts to join our Services team. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in handling industrial drive systems, including AC drives, DC drives, Servo drives, and VFDs, with a focus on troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, and servicing of AC Drives, DC Drives, Servo Drives, and VFDs.

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in drive systems across various industrial applications.

Performing preventive and breakdown maintenance at client sites.

Supporting customers with technical queries and providing effective solutions.

Working on Siemens drive systems and ensuring optimal performance.

Preparing service reports and documentation after site visits.

Coordinating with internal teams for technical support and project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in servicing industrial drive systems.

Strong knowledge of:

AC Drives

DC Drives

Servo Drives

VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)

Experience working with Siemens drive products and applications is highly preferred.

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently at customer sites.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech in:

Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Instrumentation

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in industrial automation and drive applications.

Willingness to travel for service assignments.

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
