Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibrate power tools and lifting equipment at customer sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during installation.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software faults.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Perform inspections and certifications for lifting equipment.
• Maintain records of safety checks and compliance audits.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting assistance.
• Guide customers on proper usage, maintenance, and safety practices.
• Handle warranty claims and escalate complex technical issues to teams.
• Maintain detailed service logs, inspection reports, and repair histories.
• Document customer feedback and recurring issues for product improvements.
• Train customers and junior technicians on equipment handling and maintenance.
• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and service protocols.
• Visit customer sites for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and audits.
• Work in various environments including construction sites, factories, and warehouses.
• Revenue delivery and payment collections.
• Execution of Service agreements.
• Maintain and update the product installation base in the region.
