Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Chromatography System Service Engineer to handle all service, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for our systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with analytical instruments and a strong understanding of chromatographic techniques. Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Perform hands-on servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of chromatography systems.
• Perform calibration and validation of chromatography equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Diagnose technical issues and determine effective solutions.
• Provide on-site service and support to customers.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and regulations, including GMP, GLP, and FDA.
• Collaborate with teams to share technical knowledge and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, or food processing.
• Experience with software and automation systems used in chromatography.
