Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via chat to end-users, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant teams as needed.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards for customer support.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support (Chat).
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
