Salary Budget-    10 lacs max. 

Educational Qualification: BE / BTech / MCA / MBA

Mid-level Delivery Manager:

A Service Delivery Manager is a professional who is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients. They ensure that the services provided meet the needs of the clients, as well as the quality and performance expectations of the organization. Service Delivery Managers work in a variety of industries, including IT, business, and telecommunications, and they may work for service providers, consultancies, or in-house IT departments.

 

Key Skills & Competencies: Governance, reporting, and audits with end-to-end delivery:

1.  Managing client relationships: Service Delivery Managers are responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. They provide regular updates on service delivery and respond to client inquiries and concerns.

2.  Coordinating service delivery: Service Delivery Managers oversee the delivery of services to clients and coordinate the efforts of different teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

3.  Monitoring service performance: Service Delivery Managers track and monitor the performance of services, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.

4.  Ensuring compliance with service level agreements: Service Delivery Managers are responsible for ensuring that service level agreements are met, and that the services provided meet the required quality standards.

5.  Managing budgets: Service Delivery Managers are responsible for managing budgets for service delivery, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, and that costs are kept within budget.
