• Implement software changes related to CAN or other functions.
• Coding and code review for the software changes.
• Unit Test Specification:
• Prepare and review unit test specifications.
• Conduct unit testing.
• Software Integration:
• Integrate software changes into the identified configuration management archive.

Skill Set:

• ServiceNow Certifications:
• CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), or CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification.
• ITSM/CSM/FSM Modules:
• Good knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and FSM modules.
• ServiceNow Catalog Development:
• Experience in developing ServiceNow catalogues.
• Incident Management:
• Expertise in Request/Case/Incident Management.
• Agent Workspace:
• Familiarity with Agent Workspace in ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Development:
• Experience with Workflows, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
• Update Set & Release Management:
• Knowledge of Update Set Release Management.
• System Integration:
• Experience with integration with SAP systems (e.g., REST API, CPI, etc.).
• Communication Skills:
• Strong communication skills.
