Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and define end-to-end business processes along with KPIs and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Application Architects to develop process blueprints and solution requirements
  • Translate business process needs into system and application requirements
  • Ensure quality management reviews are conducted and all design requirements are met
  • Guide and support project teams in implementing business process designs
  • Educate stakeholders on process design, workflows, and operational impacts
  • Drive service assurance and service fulfillment process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to quality management principles and governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process alignment and execution
  • Support project delivery with focus on process efficiency and quality outcomes
