Service & CWH Manager

•Manage inventory control, spares, and consumables across CWH and field locations

•Coordinate with ASP, WS, and RPS teams for defective pending items and spares movement

•Plan, refresh, and maintain RIWSL spares lists based on consumption trends

•Implement processes to identify and prevent fake spares claims using inward checking mechanisms

•Track spares movement, defectives collection, and ensure timely dispatch based on forecasts

•Manage vendors including factory, suppliers, and packaging vendors with escalations as required

•Prioritize jobs, manage MIS on inventory movements, and raise alerts based on consumption patterns

•Optimize repair cost, logistics cost, spares inventory cost, and labor cost
