Job Description

  • Contact customers to understand satisfaction levels and receive, log, and track complaints.
  • Troubleshoot problems via phone, WhatsApp, and occasionally in person.
  • Coordinate dispatch of support technicians, ensuring the right parts and skills are available for issue resolution.
  • Follow up to close complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Track sales of parts required for support and service.
  • Conduct regional service camps for repairs and gather customer feedback.
  • Provide clear summaries of product and process feedback, offering recommendations to OEMs based on complaints.
