Job Description
- Contact customers to understand satisfaction levels and receive, log, and track complaints.
- Troubleshoot problems via phone, WhatsApp, and occasionally in person.
- Coordinate dispatch of support technicians, ensuring the right parts and skills are available for issue resolution.
- Follow up to close complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Track sales of parts required for support and service.
- Conduct regional service camps for repairs and gather customer feedback.
- Provide clear summaries of product and process feedback, offering recommendations to OEMs based on complaints.
