Job Description
Customer Reception & Complaint Management
Extend courteous reception to customers.
Conduct vehicle road tests and identify complaints.
Provide time and cost estimates for required repairs.
Job Allocation & Workflow Monitoring
Allocate jobs to supervisors and technicians based on workload.
Monitor service workflow to ensure timely completion.
Provide regular updates to customers on job progress.
Service Explanation & Delivery
Explain completed repairs, parts replaced, and services performed.
Clarify chargeable and free-of-cost repairs to customers.
Ensure vehicles are delivered meeting customer satisfaction standards.
Post-Service & Customer Education
Collect post-service feedback and implement corrective measures if required.
Manage advanced service bookings based on workshop load and resource availability.
Educate customers on maintenance best practices, schedules, and do's & don'ts.
Promote value-added services available at the workshop.
