Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Lead the post-production process for both short-form and long-form videos from raw footage to final output.
- Collaborate with the content, performance, and brand teams to bring compelling visual narratives to life.
- Develop performance marketing videos , thumb-stopper content , and motion graphic-heavy reels optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all video assets, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Own end-to-end video projects from conceptualization, scripting assistance, editing, sound design, to final delivery.
- Incorporate modern editing trends, transitions, sound cues, typography , and visual effects that engage and convert.
- Handle cloud-based editing workflows and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for feedback and revisions.
- Regularly research and adopt trending formats and storytelling techniques relevant to D2C and e-commerce audiences.
- Must-Have Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects , DaVinci Resolve , and Photoshop .
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics, text animation , and sound design .
- Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for pacing, transitions , and emotional flow .
- Familiarity with cloud storage solutions (e.g., Drive, Frame.io, Dropbox) for collaborative editing workflows.
