Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Revenue Leadership

  • Own and deliver national revenue targets for the GCS Direct Sales business.
  • Define and execute the national direct sales strategy aligned to overall business goals.
  • Build a balanced revenue mix across new acquisition, account expansion, and retention.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecasts, and revenue risks; proactively course-correct as needed.

2. Team & Organisation Leadership

  • Lead Cluster and Regional Sales Heads across geographies.
  • Build a strong, accountable sales culture focused on performance and execution excellence.
  • Drive capability building in solution selling, sales rigor, and client-centric engagement.
  • Establish clear KPIs, performance rhythms, and review mechanisms across regions.

3. Client & Market Leadership

  • Act as senior escalation point and relationship owner for high-impact strategic clients.
  • Build relationships with senior advertisers, founders, CMOs, and agency leadership.
  • Stay ahead of digital advertising and ad-tech trends; convert market shifts into revenue opportunities.
  • Represent GCS Direct Sales internally and externally as a market-facing leader.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Ad Ops, Analytics, Finance, and Strategy teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Provide feedback into product roadmap and commercial models based on market insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to strengthen demand generation and category positioning.

5. Governance & Operating Excellence

  • Drive disciplined sales processes including pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and structured reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial, legal, and finance processes.
