Ability to understand detailed client requirements and design complete user experiences
Extensive knowledge of UX best practices, mobile-first, and responsive design
Strong grasp of user-centered design (UCD), user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility
Efficient and intelligent iteration of designs and solutions
Experience in graphic design and social media collateral creation (preferred)
