Senior UX Designer

Key Deliverables:

• Drive end-to-end user research and translate insights into actionable design specifications
• Develop personas, user journeys, prototypes, and interaction models to guide product design
• Lead and facilitate workshops, design reviews, and collaborative ceremonies
• Mentor junior researchers and designers to uplift team capability and design maturity

Role Responsibilities:

• Partner with product and engineering teams to align user needs with business goals
• Apply creative problem-solving for complex research and design challenges
• Advocate for and contribute to the evolution of Tesco's design system
• Continuously enhance design processes and champion user-centric approaches
