Senior UI/UX Designer

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team
• As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual aesthetics of our digital products
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to create intuitive and visually stunning interfaces that delight our users
• The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex concepts into elegant and intuitive user interfaces

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
• Work closely with product managers to define and refine product requirements and user stories
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across different platforms and devices
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to validate and iterate on design solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and share knowledge and best practices with the team
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the improvement of design processes and methodologies within the organization Requirements: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Strong knowledge of mobile and web design patterns, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and using data-driven insights to inform design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
