Senior Test Lead(Automation testing-Cypress)

Basic Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing efforts and guide the team in automation and manual testing.
• Execute API testing (Postman) and traffic testing to ensure system reliability.
• Design and implement end-to-end test cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate testing progress effectively.
• Ensure quality standards by identifying, reporting, and resolving defects.
• Leverage Jira for tracking and managing testing tasks.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in automation and manual testing.
• Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter) and API testing (Postman).
• Mandatory experience in Jira for test management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools.
