Job Description
- Lead and ensure successful delivery of engineering projects as per company and customer requirements.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customer-specific project teams.
- Manage project workload, schedules, resources, and technical deliverables.
- Contribute to concept and detailed design activities, including hands-on execution when required.
- Establish quality review processes, templates, and technical checklists for project deliverables.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure deliverables meet quality standards before submission to customers.
- Support design and development activities including design calculations and complex casting component design.
- Provide technical guidance to teams on Creo design, GD&T, manufacturing processes, and drawing interpretation.
- Manage team activities including task allocation, issue resolution, and mentoring engineers.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and right-first-time quality.
