Senior Technical Consultant - FDI

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement mid to large size data engineering projects.
• Lead the design and development of scalable and robust data architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategy and requirements.
• Optimize and tune data pipelines for performance and efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering.
• Recommend and deploy data models and solutions for existing data systems.
• Ensure data compliance and security needs are met in system construction.
• Manage and convert raw data into understandable information for other professionals.
• Implements processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• A bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field is expected.
• Master s degree or PhD in computer science or software engineering preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with Oracle FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse) in SCM/ERP/HCM analytics.
• Experience with provisioning FAW, Setting SSO with Fusion, Configure Techno-Functional parameters, activate pipelines for data loading and validation of seeded content.
• Good experience in the Implementation of ERP/HCM/SCM analytics using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and BI technologies with at least 2 full life cycles.
• Experience in incorporating Custom Fusion security into FAW on top of SSO setup.
• Experience in working with Cloud SCM/ERP/HCM for designing custom DWH using Semantic Model Extension and Data Augmentation.
• Experience with Fusion ERP/SCM/HCM tables and Public View Objects (PVOs) to support creating custom reports in BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) whenever not possible in extending FAW semantic model.
• Knowledge in integrating multiple custom and oracle data sources to load into Enterprise DWH.
• Understand the Data Warehouse models and ODI integrations.
• Should have knowledge in functional understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM/HCM modules.
• Understanding requirement, solution blueprint, performing fit gap analysis, Business process designs.
• Good querying skills on Oracle database with ability to understand and debug PL/SQL objects.
• Experience as architect for Dimension Modelling and Data Warehouse builds for extending the FAW semantic data model.
• Production readiness and rollout go-live support.
• Must be well versed and hands-on in troubleshooting various issues and providing workarounds.
• Ability to prepare Status reports, Change Management, technical/functional documentations and communicate with client directly.
• Experience in supporting various techno-functional data related questions from business users and should be able to work closely with Oracle Fusion team whenever needed for functional inputs.
• Ability to work with Sales team for presenting FAW capabilities to grab new opportunities and should be able to do POCs accordingly.
