Senior Team Lead

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple embedded Linux projects and manage teams of up to 20 engineers
• Act as primary technical contact for customers, including pre-sales support
• Perform hands-on development in C/C++, debugging, and system design
• Mentor junior team members and conduct technical evaluations

Key Deliverables:

• High-quality embedded system solutions using Linux kernel and device drivers
• Architecture and development of board bring-up for SoCs (Marvell, NXP, TI, etc.)
• Efficient project delivery with full SDLC documentation and code reviews
• Successful customer engagement across US and Europe
