Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 10+ years of experience in sales recruitment, accounting roles, and APAC & India hiring
  • Creates and executes global recruitment strategies for assigned functional and geographic areas
  • Manages end-to-end recruitment processes, from job specification development through to candidate acceptance
  • Oversees and coordinates interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication with stakeholders
  • Develops and maintains internal talent capability and pipelines aligned to business needs
  • Provides leadership and expertise in delivering broad recruiting solutions, ensuring consistent service levels
  • Reviews and enhances job advertisement strategies to attract top-tier talent
  • Partners with internal business leaders to align recruiting strategies, policies, and processes with organizational goals
  • Conducts in-depth needs assessments with hiring managers prior to sourcing and recruitment
  • Establishes communication strategies for each requisition, ensuring clear alignment on candidate feedback, interview timelines, and SLAs
  • Ensures the recruitment process is consistent, efficient, and candidate-centric across all touchpoints
  • Owns the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless journey from first contact to offer stage
