Job Description
You'll make an impact by
- Performs technical and operational support to sales processes, remotely or on-site, for an assigned sales team and / or customer organization(s) to effectively support assigned sales teams and customer organizations with technical information and services needed to integrate products into customers' technical infrastructure or their products.
- Responsible for the process-compliant, efficient creation and timely submission of a high-quality proposals to the customer.
- In charge of RFI/RFP analysis and coordinate the consolidation of all required information and documents and successful proposal conversion.
- Coordinate collaboration and maintain communication with management and the whole bid team including Sales, Procurement, Commercial, Legal, HR, Execution & Service Teams.
- Analyze tender requirements and define the most suitable solution (product, architecture, system) to be used according to the requirements.
- Prepare and submit the commercial and technical offers in compliance with Siemens Bid Approval process including risk evaluation to the satisfaction of the internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze customers' requirements and project backgrounds to better judge on aspects of products and solutions to be used.
- Liaise with 3rd Party Suppliers, Contractors & Partners to ensures Bid completion and success (commercial, time, quality) and conversion to Customer Orders
- Design and prepare bill of quantities for comprehensive Physical Security Systems including the supporting active and passive systems/components, communication, networks, utilities & infrastructure.
- Participate in pre and post bid meetings as required.
- Centrally support to all the Saudi Regions and should be flexible in travelling.
- Drive the development and ensure the proposal/submittals are compliant & complete
- Propose optimizations and improvements of Physical Security Solutions
- Promote Siemens Security Solutions by conducting Presentations and DEMOs.
- Lead technical discussions on Security Solutions with Customers and Consultant
- Ensure Smooth handover of Projects to Execution Team

- Electrical or Technology Engineering Graduate
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Visio/Design Tool/Microsoft Tools
- 5 '' 7 Years of relevant industry experience, Saudi Market Industrial Projects preferred
- Possess in-depth knowledge of complete Physical Security Systems including Physical Security Information Management (PSIM), Access Control System (ACS), Perimeter Security, Automatic License Plate Recognition System (ALPR), Intrusion Detection & Assessment System (IDAS), Video Assessment & Surveillance System (VASS) & Long-Range Detection & Assessment System (LRDAS)
- Must hold good listening, reading, and writing skills '' English Language.
- Working knowledge of Security relevant Saudi Aramco, Saudi Electric, HCIS & SAMA standards
- Working knowledge of Low Current Systems, Electro/Mechanical/Civil work preferred
- Pro-Active and Drive development and completion of Solutions Design & Proposals. Unrestricted
- Good communication, collaboration, and Task Management Skills
- Proven work experience on medium to large scale turnkey bids
- Have a successful track record of estimating/designing complex turnkey Security Bids including preferably on industrial projects like Refineries, Power plants, Electrical Substations, Gas plants.
- Highly motivated self-starter, capable of adapting to new and emerging technologies
- Self-motivated flexible individual with the ability to work well within a dynamic environment
- Proven communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Excellent methodical organizational and documentation skills
- Good team-worker, able to collaborate within a diverse team.
- Knowledge of Siemens Security Products preferred
