Senior Structural Engineer

Role Overview

• Work on structural design elements for a wide variety of buildings in India and abroad.
• Undertake detailed engineering design of complex building projects.
• Collaborate with technicians on CAD and Revit drawings.
• Represent Buro Happold in meetings with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Deliver excellent project work within agreed deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure service/design decisions align with project and company objectives.
• Keep senior staff informed of critical design decisions.
• Coordinate work with other project team members.

Skills & Experience

• Master's Degree in Structural Engineering.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience (international exposure is an advantage).
• Experience with secondary steel design (essential).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering software; Revit Structures is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Working knowledge of relevant domestic design standards.
• Confident, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
