Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex technical programs from planning through delivery independently.
  • Influence roadmap priorities by aligning stakeholders on objectives and outcomes.
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, design, and business teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely execution.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Facilitate cross-pod collaboration to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Proactively identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and structure communication plans.
  • Apply Agile methodologies for iterative delivery, adaptive planning, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and enhance Scrum maturity.
  • Maintain sprint cadence, reviews, retrospectives, and OKR alignment.
  • Drive accountability for JIRA hygiene, analytics reporting, and milestone tracking.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making using metrics, dashboards, and visual progress reporting.
  • Regularly communicate program updates, decisions, and risks to leadership.
  • Continuously improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency and delivery velocity.
  • Mentor junior TPMs and team members to scale program management maturity.
