Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex technical programs from planning through delivery independently.
- Influence roadmap priorities by aligning stakeholders on objectives and outcomes.
- Coordinate across engineering, product, design, and business teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely execution.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration.
- Facilitate cross-pod collaboration to maintain delivery momentum.
- Proactively identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and structure communication plans.
- Apply Agile methodologies for iterative delivery, adaptive planning, and continuous improvement.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and enhance Scrum maturity.
- Maintain sprint cadence, reviews, retrospectives, and OKR alignment.
- Drive accountability for JIRA hygiene, analytics reporting, and milestone tracking.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making using metrics, dashboards, and visual progress reporting.
- Regularly communicate program updates, decisions, and risks to leadership.
- Continuously improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency and delivery velocity.
- Mentor junior TPMs and team members to scale program management maturity.
