Senior Specialist, Solution Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Environment and Access Provisioning: Oversee the setup and configuration of environments to ensure compatibility and alignment with existing frameworks, thereby optimizing workflows. Oversee access management for critical platforms, including GitHub, AWS, and other distribution lists, to maintain security and streamline collaboration across teams.
• Architectural Design: Lead the design and oversee implementation of scalable architecture to support the diverse needs of our global operations. Facilitate and guide the team through the architecture review process, incorporating feedback from the review committee to ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards.
• Database Management: Design, supervise, and optimize Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and database structures tailored to the specific requirements of various markets. Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and performance optimization while developing robust integration strategies for seamless data flow and interoperability among systems.
• IT Process Navigation: Effectively navigate and manage key IT processes, including but not limited to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), architecture reviews, and compliance regulations, to ensure project alignment and adherence to standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to facilitate the seamless integration of systems and solutions, promoting synergy and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field with at least 8+ years relevant experience; or a Master s degree with 6+ years work experience

Skillset:

Candidates must have -

• Proficiency in architectural design and implementation, with a strong understanding of scalable architectures and cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in database design and management, including experience with Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and SQL/NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience navigating the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with IT compliance regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on optimizing workflows and enhancing system performance.
• Experience in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure project delivery within scope and budget constraints.
