Senior Specialist Network Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Network Operations to join our team in India. This role involves managing and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the performance of network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and outages.
• Implement network security protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy network solutions.
• Perform regular network assessments and capacity planning.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to junior network staff.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in network operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
• Proficiency in routing and switching technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,).
• Familiarity with firewall and security technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Hands-on experience with network design and implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
