In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Drive ongoing product and technical improvements in SAP Ariba Suite.
Ensure completion of technical deliverables for Ariba Upstream and Downstream as outlined by Product Owner/Application Owner.
Should be able to analyse and recommend technical architecture, technical design and development.
Conduct requirements analysis with Business Stakeholders.
Assume responsibility for planning and executing implementation/ Rollout/ Support activities.
Own and drive issue detection and resolution. Independently address moderately complex production issues.
Troubleshoot complex technology problems and drive root cause analyses.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience
In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP ARIBA
Excellent design and engineering skills including knowledge of Ariba P2P master data and transactional data interfaces, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and performance and effective usage of Ariba open APIs
Knowledge on common Ariba practices like manual file upload/download, integration monitoring, Approval flow setup, Integration setup.
Functional knowledge of Integration of SAP Ariba Solutions with ERP is mandatory. This includes Master Data Integration, Transfer of documents, Cross system reporting.
Ariba On demand Implementation Experience (Minimum 2). On premise experience is an add-on.
Knowledge on ITK and SAP ARIBA Adapter
Configuration knowledge of SAP Ariba Solutions (Minimum 2 out of SLP, Sourcing, Contract Management, , P2P, Guided Buying and Ariba Network)

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with code documentation, API documentation, maintaining playbooks and providing timely progress updates.
Should be able to conduct technical design reviews and code review
Experience with one or more of the following will be a plus:
Skills in Java, Javascript, XML, and JSON
Ariba APIs
Fiddler or Postman
Web services integration
cXML
Writing SQL queries
