• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members
• Architectural Design: Lead or contribute significantly to the architectural design and development of complex software systems or modules
• Project Management: Manage and lead critical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and quality benchmarks
• Code Development: Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code, contributing to critical components of the software
• Problem Solving Innovation: Solve complex technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and introduce best practices to improve development processes
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Technical Expertise: Possess deep expertise in specific technologies, frameworks, or domains relevant to the company's projects and objectives
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, lead initiatives to enhance development methodologies, tools, and practices
• Quality Assurance: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and implementing best practices for scalability, reliability, and security

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (usually several years) in software development with a track record of delivering complex and impactful projects
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in specific programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the company's tech stack
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
