Senior Software Engineer I

• Develop and maintain processes to collect, analyze, and report security-related data from various sources (e.g., security controls, vulnerability assessments, incident response).
• Design and implement automated reporting solutions using tools like Microsoft Fabric to monitor key business metrics.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats in cloud environments.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of monitoring programs.
• Monitor and analyze logs, event data, and alerts to detect anomalies and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Evaluate vulnerability scans and penetration tests to assess system security posture.
• Review security documentation, including system security plans and risk assessments.
• Support internal and external audits by compiling and presenting evidence of compliance.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive continuous monitoring plan based on NIST SP 800-137 and FedRAMP requirements.

Requirement

• Programming and automation experience with one or more Python, SQL, PowerShell, Bash.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools Microsoft Fabric, Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization and infrastructure-as-code tools Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools Qualys, ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk.
