Education & Experience:

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in Java/J2EE, Python, or Go

Technical Skills:

Deep experience in building and maintaining large-scale backend systems or consumer-facing web applications
Proficiency with cloud services, APIs, and relational/noSQL databases to build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications
Solid foundation in Test Driven Development (TDD), unit/integration testing, and CI/CD best practices
Familiar with microservices architecture, RESTful services, and distributed system design

AI-Native Mindset (Preferred):

Basic understanding of AI and ML concepts (e.g., model prompting, inference, AutoML)
Familiarity with data pipelines, metrics, and evaluation practices for AI integration
Awareness of AI-native engineering principles and ability to apply them during development
Interest in collaborating with AI experts to embed intelligent features into production applications

Be responsible for 80–90% hands-on coding, working on critical backend services

Collaborate with AI experts and data scientists to integrate AI features into backend applications
Propose AI-powered solutions to business problems and participate in their design and implementation

Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and ensure engineering excellence
