Senior Software Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop features and enhancements for the Blue Bite product in a secure, well-tested, and performant manner.
• Collaborate closely with Product and UX teams as part of an Agile team focused on rapid delivery and feedback.
• Design software solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and modular.
• Optimize performance-critical applications for speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection practices within applications.
• Break down complex features into manageable deliverables; ship small features independently.
• Collaborate on larger projects and provide guidance to team members.
• Advocate for quality, decoupled code, writing unit tests and performing code reviews.
• Participate actively in the overall application lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach peers on best practices for building high-quality SaaS solutions.
