Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with development teams to design scalable, highly resilient cloud systems.
• Build automation for large-scale service deployments using industry-standard tools.
• Participate in incident response and disaster recovery processes.
• Build alerts, dashboards, and monitoring systems to ensure 24/7 service availability.
• Implement best practices for secure infrastructure management.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Manage projects and processes, delegating work and reviewing deliverables.
• Analyze complex problems that may span multiple systems, platforms, or job areas.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational policies and procedures.
