Senior Software Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing applications using Scala or Java.
• Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines leveraging Apache Spark.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud-native solutions, preferably on GCP.
• Implement and manage workflow orchestration using Airflow.
• Ensure data pipeline reliability through robust testing strategies and frameworks.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to Scrum-based project delivery.
• Foster a team-oriented environment with a focus on continuous learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.

Experience Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience proficiency in Scala or Java with substantial.
• Hands-on expertise in working with Spark.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with Airflow is an added advantage.
• Background in data pipeline testing is beneficial.
• Prior work experience in Scrum and agile methodologies.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
