Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications in Go/Java.
• Profile and optimize JVM-based services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Architect and implement solutions on Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable solutions.

Qualifications :

• Must-Have:
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java and strong understanding of JVM internals.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments.
• Proficiency with Go (Golang)
• Proven track record in profiling, tuning, and optimizing large-scale backend systems.
• Familiarity with JVM monitoring and performance tuning tools
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Background in SRE or infrastructure engineering.
