Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows for campaign creation, adset configuration, and real-time performance monitoring
• B2B UX Excellence: Translate complex business requirements into performant, high-density web interfaces that simplify heavy-lifting tasks for power users
• System Integration: Collaborate with backend and data teams to ensure frontend systems reflect real-time inventory, pricing, and delivery metrics accurately
• Tooling & Automation: Develop internal tools to automate manual operational tasks, reducing campaign time-to-live
• Performance & Scale: Ensure the platform remains responsive when handling massive datasets, complex filters, and bulk-edit operations
