Senior Software Development Engineer (Backend) - Adtech

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and resilient microservices that support the advertising technology ecosystem.
• Own the complete lifecycle of backend projects including technical design, implementation, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring comprehensive testing and fault tolerance.
• Drive architectural improvements and contribute to long-term system scalability and reliability.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure operational excellence by optimizing system performance, monitoring system health, and resolving incidents through root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and lead technical discussions to strengthen engineering capabilities within the team.
• Continuously improve system performance through efficient storage management, caching strategies, and query optimization.
