Senior Snowflake Pyspark Developer

We are seeking a proactive Senior Snowflake PySpark Developer to lead the design and maintenance of data pipelines in cloud environments. You will be responsible for building robust ETL processes using Snowflake, PySpark, SQL, and AWS Glue. This role requires strong expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with large datasets and cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in cloud environments, with a focus on AWS.
• Utilize Snowflake, PySpark, SQL, and AWS Glue to perform ETL tasks.
• Work with large datasets, applying strong problem-solving skills to transform and analyze data.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Implement best practices in data architecture and data modeling.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Snowflake, Snowpark, PySpark, and SQL.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines in cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Familiarity with AWS Glue for ETL tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with other AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Lambda) is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages like Python or Java is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
