Senior SME - Tools (MT3)

Required Skills:

• Nexthink Platform Expertise
• Administration of Nexthink portal, collectors, engines, and appliances
• Creating and managing investigations, categories, and remote actions
• · Experience with Nexthink Infinity

Scripting & Automation

• PowerShell scripting (essential for creating and deploying Remote Actions)
• Basic knowledge of Python or VBScript is a plus
• Experience with APIs for integration and automation
• Dashboard & Reporting
• Designing dashboards using Nexthink Engage and Portal
• Creating real-time alerts and custom KPIs
• Experience in building actionable insights for IT Ops and End User Computing

Operating System & Endpoint Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Windows OS (Win 10 & Win 11)
• Knowledge of software deployment and patching tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune)
• IT Infrastructure and EUC Knowledge
• Awareness of ITIL processes (especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
• Understanding of endpoint performance, digital experience, and user behaviour
