Senior SAP GTM/GTS/CTRM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno-Functional or Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP Global Trade Management (GTM), Global Trade Services (GTS), or Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM)

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in configuring, testing, and optimizing the GTM/GTS/CTRM modules to meet global trade and commodity management requirements

Shift : Indian shift ( 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Configuration & Testing of GTM Module:

• Setup for Trading Contract.
• Copy controls for Trading Contract.
• Item Categories, Purchase & Sales Group configuration.
• Pricing Simulation.
• Association Management.
• Expense Management: Payable & Receivable Expense.
• Business Process Setup.

Specific GTM Module Configuration & Testing:

• Trading Contract configuration, including Status Management and Shadow Trading Contract setup.
• Special Logistics process configuration.
• Enhancements using BAPIs and BADIs.
• Integration of Payment and Pricing events with IS-Oil & CPE.

Configuration & Testing of Settlement Management:

• Configuration of Payable & Receivable Expenses.
• Categorization and grouping of expenses.
• Determination of Vendor Billing Document (VBD).
• Integration of Custom processes with Expense Management.
• Distribution of Expenses to Multiple Batches and multiple deliveries.

Collaboration and Integration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other modules.
• Work on integrating GTM/GTS/CTRM modules with IS-Oil & CPE.

Documentation:

• Document configurations, custom enhancements, and integration points.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior Techno-Functional or Functional Consultant in SAP GTM, GTS, or CTRM.
• Strong understanding of Trading Contracts, Status Management, and associated processes.
• Proficiency in configuring and testing SAP modules, including enhancements using BAPIs and BADIs.
• Experience in integrating Payment and Pricing events with IS-Oil & CPE.
• Knowledge of Settlement Management, Expense Management, and Distribution processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, global environment.
• Relevant SAP certifications will be an added advantage
