Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Purpose of the Role

• Support the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
• Act as both a technical developer and a business analyst for Salesforce-based solutions.
• Support product backlog management, gather and refine business requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document CRM/business requirements.
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce product backlog.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user training materials.
• Assist in the prioritization of enhancements and change requests.
• Ensure platform integrity, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
