Senior Sales Manager- Fintech

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & execute go-to-market plans and achieve revenue targets
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, and C-level engagements
• Expand relationships within Tier-1 banks, fintechs, and payment institutions
• Drive consultative, product-led sales aligned with client payment needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solution delivery and adoption

What Were Looking For

• Proven track record in enterprise B2B product sales in payments/fintech
• Strong domain expertise in real-time payments, bill pay, fraud & risk, merchant acquiring, cross-border, and payment modernisation
• Existing senior-level network in BFSI & payments ecosystem
• Experience with government/banking procurement processes
• Excellent negotiation, presentation & stakeholder management skills
