Job Description
- Achieve challenging sales targets through effective dealer and distributor network management.
- Develop and execute area sales action plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and challenges and drive dealership growth.
- Identify new business prospects and appoint dealers in unrepresented or potential markets.
- Build and sustain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Foster a high-performance culture while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
- Address and resolve sales- and service-related complaints promptly.
- Monitor competitor pricing, sales strategies, and marketing activities in the assigned territory.
Job Requirements:
- Strong sales and marketing background with experience in commodities sales such as building materials, cement, steel, fertilizers, FMCG, or retail.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Experience in dealer network expansion and territory management.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
