Job Description

  • Achieve challenging sales targets through effective dealer and distributor network management.
  • Develop and execute area sales action plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and challenges and drive dealership growth.
  • Identify new business prospects and appoint dealers in unrepresented or potential markets.
  • Build and sustain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
  • Foster a high-performance culture while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Address and resolve sales- and service-related complaints promptly.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, sales strategies, and marketing activities in the assigned territory.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong sales and marketing background with experience in commodities sales such as building materials, cement, steel, fertilizers, FMCG, or retail.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience in dealer network expansion and territory management.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
