Job Summary
Ingersoll Rand products are used in various industries and application. One of the segment is Standard Products Division (SPD). Everest is a world renowned under Ingersoll Rand in this field and takes up turnkey projects to provide complete new and retro fitment solutions for pressure and vacuum requirements for heat recovery optimization, run ability optimization, dewatering, doctoring and cleanliness optimization as well as rope-less tail threading. This Position is based at Banglore.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing the Karnataka and Kerala markets.
- Should be able to handle multiple Channel Partners.
- Should be able to handle Key Accounts along with Channel Partners.
- Responsible for Developing and driving sales activity by considering the sales offers and evaluating potential in the assigned markets.
- Planning Business Visits to establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel partners and Potential Customers.
Basic Qualifications
- A graduate engineer from reputed institute, with relevant experience of minimum 5 years onwards in Sales & Marketing.
- Driving Licence
- Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
- Hybrid Working - covering the Karnataka and Kerala Region
Key Competencies
- Proven experience of sales management skills
- Technical Sales experience in Compressor or similar industry
- Good negotiating and influencing capabilities at senior level are essential
- Proficient in MS Office, Local Language.
