Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Role Procurement professional to develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring cost-efficient and timely procurement of materials, managing supplier relationships, and collaborating with various departments to optimize the supply chain.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet project and business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost-efficiency.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage key suppliers; build strong partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor performance for quality, timeliness, and reliability.
  • Oversee RFQs, supplier selection, purchase orders, customs clearance, and logistics to ensure timely and compliant material delivery to sites.
  • Monitor procurement expenses, enforce cost-control measures, and optimize spend without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams; manage warehouse and inventory operations; and provide regular procurement, cost, and delivery reports to leadership.

Skills Required

  • Expertise in developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
  • Strong skills in supplier identification, qualification, and management.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and favorable terms.
  • Proficiency in managing the full procurement cycle (RFQs, POs, customs, logistics).
  • Experience in cost control and expense monitoring.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations.
  • Ability to generate and present procurement, cost, and delivery reports
