Senior Resident/RMO/EMO/Medical Officer(MBBS)

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership & Patient Care:

• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to junior physicians.
• Verify complex diagnoses and facilitate treatment plans.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Contribute to medical research programs and keep abreast of advancements in the field.

Team Management & Supervision:

• Hire, supervise, and mentor healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with consultants and administrative staff to optimize clinical operations.
• Serve as a liaison between senior management and medical teams.

Administrative & Operational Duties:

• Perform administrative tasks, including risk management and resource allocation.
• Manage allocated budgets and identify areas for improvement in inpatient care.
• Ensure consistent and accurate medical record keeping practices.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
