Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Resident Orthopedics to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive orthopedic care to patients, assist in surgeries, and engage in training and research activities within the department. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic conditions and injuries.
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative care for patients.
  • Participate in surgeries under the supervision of senior surgeons.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on orthopedic conditions, treatments, and rehabilitation processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
  • Completion of a recognized residency program in Orthopedics.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to perform basic orthopedic procedures and assist in surgeries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of current orthopedic practices and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of medical software and electronic health records.
