Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships and loyalty.

Customer Satisfaction & Retention

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by understanding client needs, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering high-quality service.

Strategic Account Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and retain key accounts, aligning with the organization's business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and support functions, to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts to expand business and increase revenue while maintaining strong client relationships.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Track client interactions, monitor account performance, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
