Job Description

This role is for a Senior Relationship Manager to drive sales and revenue for ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Retail and HNI clients, focusing on client acquisition, upselling, and providing expert investment advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upsell ICICI Prudential MF products to Retail and HNI clients from an assigned database.
  • Generate fresh leads through references to expand the clientele.
  • Achieve business targets by upselling products and enhancing client net worth relationships.
  • Profile customers to provide financial products that meet their specific needs.
  • Ensure the highest levels of service to clients, particularly HNI customers.
  • Provide comprehensive investment planning and advice.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets across a diverse product mix.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the assigned customer.
  • Focus on the acquisition and servicing of HNI/UHNI customers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in mutual fund sales is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage Retail and HNI clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds.
  • Strong skills in client profiling, financial product recommendation, and investment planning.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • NISM certification is preferred.
