Job Title: Relationship Manager

Work Schedule: 6 days a week | Willing to travel within city limits

Experience: 3+ years

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management discipline

About the Role

As a Relationship Manager at SmartQ, your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee a frontline Partner team of food service associates. You will coordinate various operational activities including food production planning, engineering coordination, front-of-house services, and ensure all actions strictly comply with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a frontline partner team in food services.
  • Coordinate food production planning and front-of-house operations.
  • Manage engineering coordination to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
  • Facilitate efficient contract organization in alignment with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality service to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Promote a positive work culture within the team.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Resolve operational issues and report incidents, accidents, and near misses to the reporting manager.
  • Prioritize client retention and show a strong commitment to service quality for both clients and employees.
