1. Candidate must have minimum 7 years' experience in Bulk hiring of blue-collar off-roll staff.
2. The candidate should have a good control of recruiting people in the entire Northern Region.
3. Must have experience in bulk hiring for manufacturing companies in NCR location & Alwar location.
4. Candidate must also have experience in team handling.
5. As per the business requirement, if necessary, he will also responsible to appoint a supervisor with his own reference.
6. He should have his own bulk data base of the candidates with following background:_ITI (Any trade)_12th & 10th pass-out candidates_ Diploma in any trade
7. Salary budget: Best in Industry
8. Only Male candidate.
9. Candidate should have his won two-wheeler.
10. Qualification: Any Graduate
11. Preferable Industry: Staffing & Recruitment
