Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and Permanent Hiring roles.
• Source candidates for niche IT skills, including SAP, Front End, Back End, Java, Embedded, Automotive, Engineering, and Health Care domains.
• Lead and manage a team of 7–8 recruiters, ensuring quality candidate delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and manage domestic client relationships.
• Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster) and networking to identify suitable candidates.
• Execute mass mailing, job posting, and candidate screening efficiently.
• Conduct interviews, follow-ups, and maintain recruitment pipelines.
• Ensure timely closures of C2H and Permanent positions with high quality standards.
